Our Production Process
All key stages are done in our own factory, so we control each wheel from mixing to final check:
- Formulation and mixing – abrasive, grit, concentration and bond chosen for your workpiece.
- Cold pressing – the abrasive layer is formed on hydraulic presses.
- Sintering, curing or firing – bronze sintering for metal bond, curing for resin bond, firing for vitrified bond.
- Precision turning – the wheel is machined to the confirmed dimensions and profile.
- Dynamic balancing and truing – for smooth running on your machine.
- Final inspection and packing.
Our production stages are organized around the bond, because each bond needs a different process and suits different work. Resin bond wheels cut sharp and cool for carbide and HSS tool grinding; bronze bond wheels hold their form for ceramics, glass and PCD; vitrified wheels combine porosity and easy dressing for PCD/PCBN and precision CBN internal grinding. Keeping all three in one factory lets us recommend the bond that fits your job rather than the one we happen to make.
Inspection Before Shipment
Production follows the drawing confirmed with you. Before shipment, each wheel is inspected for dimensions and appearance against that drawing and its marking (for example 1A1 D150 T10 X5 H32 · D/CBN 140/170 C75). Inspection results are checked against the order before the wheels are packed, and if you test samples first, your feedback is applied to the bulk order.
Samples, MOQ and Lead Time
- Samples: within 30 days; samples and freight are charged
- Minimum order: 15 pcs
- Bulk production: within 45 days
- Your test feedback is used to fine-tune the specification for bulk orders
Export Packing & Logistics
Each wheel is individually packed against impact, and bulk orders go in sturdy export cartons. We ship by express courier on FOB terms, with payment by PayPal, and prepare export documents as required.
