Metal bond diamond wheels hold diamond firmly in a strong sintered bronze matrix. The result is high wear resistance, stable form holding and long service life when grinding very hard and abrasive materials. Our bronze bond diamond wheels are chosen where resin wheels wear too quickly or lose their profile: technical ceramics, glass, glass-ceramics, stone and similar hard, brittle non-metals.
Bronze bond wheels are made in our Shijiazhuang factory by cold pressing on hydraulic presses, bronze sintering, precision turning, dynamic balancing and truing. Bronze also conducts heat well, helping to carry grinding heat away from the cutting zone.
