Who We Are
Fengzuan Diamond Wheel Factory (丰钻金刚石砂轮厂; Shijiazhuang Fengzuan Diamond Grinding Wheel Manufacturing Co., Ltd.) is a diamond grinding wheel factory in Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, China. Founded in 2022, we specialize in the research, development and production of diamond and CBN grinding wheels for industrial customers who need precise, reliable grinding of carbide, PCD/PCBN, ceramics, glass and hardened steel.
We are a manufacturer, not a trading company. Our own factory covers the key stages of production in-house, from formulation and mixing to pressing, sintering, curing or firing, machining and final inspection.
What We Make
- Resin bond diamond wheels: sharp cutting and fine finish for carbide tools and hard, brittle materials
- Metal (bronze) bond diamond wheels: long life and form holding for ceramics, glass and PCD
- Vitrified bond diamond and CBN wheels for PCD/PCBN and precision grinding
- Resin and vitrified bond CBN wheels for HSS, tool steel and bearing steel
- Internal, centerless and 1A1 parallel wheels
- Special shapes: 6A2, 6A2T, 11A2, 12A2, 14E1 and profiles to drawing
Wheels are made from Ø10 to 850 mm, grit 80#–3000# and concentration 50–150, with thickness, bore and layer made to your drawing.
Our Factory and Equipment
The abrasive layer is cold pressed on hydraulic presses, then bronze sintered, resin cured or vitrified fired depending on the bond. Each wheel is then precision turned, dynamically balanced and trued before inspection. Finished stock is kept on warehouse racks ready for packing.

Our customers include tool makers who sharpen and regrind carbide drills, end mills and inserts, PCD and PCBN tool producers, manufacturers working with technical ceramics, glass and sapphire, and workshops grinding hardened tool steel, molds, dies and bearing parts. Many orders replace an existing wheel: send us the marking or a photo of your current wheel and we will match the shape, size and specification, or recommend a better bond, grit or concentration for your job. Quality Control and Inspection
Every order is produced to a drawing confirmed with the customer before production starts. Before shipment, each wheel is inspected for dimensions and appearance, and its marking is checked against the order. Wheels are then individually packed to protect them in transit.
